The conference experience begins the moment we come together.
Join us for an evening of Curaçao flavours and relaxed networking as we officially welcome everyone to Curaçao.
This year’s Welcome Reception reflects our conference theme, Altitude: Let’s Level Up! with Curaçao flair, lively entertainment and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with familiar faces while making new connections.
Upon arrival, our NAGICO Team will advise you of the reception venue within the resort.
Dress Code
Embrace colourful Caribbean style. Ladies are encouraged to wear tropical prints, flowing dresses, rompers or bright resort chic attire, while gentlemen can opt for linen shirts, tropical prints or smart Caribbean casual wear.

👔 What to Wear
Here’s a quick guide:
Leadership Conference Attire: Business Smart
A green Conference Polo will be provided upon your arrival as part of your welcome package, and which can be paired with tasteful jeans, slacks or tailored skirts. Smart casual is acceptable—polished but relaxed! Comfortable yet professional footwear (you’ll be on your feet!)
Tip: Bring a light jacket or sweater – indoor venues can be cool.

Shopping Experience
Before the glamour of the evening begins, take the opportunity to experience a little of Curaçao. Complimentary transportation will depart from the hotel at 9:00 am for guests wishing to explore the city’s colourful streets, local shops and unique island culture. Transportation will return to the resort at 1:00 pm, allowing time to relax and prepare for the evening’s celebrations.
Inside your welcome swag bag, you’ll find a Curaçao Visitor Guide specially curated for you, featuring some lovely shopping locations, attractions, teas shops, cafés, local experiences and beauty services, including suggested hair stylists and makeup specialist, to help you look your very best for our NAGICO Gala.

Inspired by the grandeur of royal celebrations, our gala brings together elegant décor, exceptional cuisine, captivating entertainment and the finest company to honour the outstanding achievements of our top-performing intermediaries and leaders. Tonight is all about you! Dress in your finest attire and prepare for an evening worthy of the excellence we celebrate.
Our program is deliberately short as we dedicate the night to recognising you and parting the night away together.

👔 What to Wear
Here’s a quick guide:
Excursion: Comfortable casual clothing and footwear. Cool attire is highly recommended, as this will be an outdoor event in the ‘Summer’.

Think elegant and formal 😉 This is your night to shine with a look that’s both graceful and polished.
- Ladies: Picture yourself in long, flowing evening gowns to make a graceful entrance on our red-carpet. Accessorise with statement jewellery, elegant gloves or a chic hairstyle to complete your look and bring out that sense of glamour and sophistication
- Gentlemen: Think formal suits, three-piece with a vest if you like paired with polished shoes and your choice of a classic necktie or bow tie —timeless and sharp.

✈️ Travel Requirements
As we prepare for our journey to Curaçao, please review the following travel information to ensure a smooth arrival.
All visitors entering Curaçao are required to complete the Digital Immigration Card before travelling.
To complete your Digital Immigration Card:
- Visit the official Curaçao tourism website. Curaçao: the Caribbean Getaway to Feel for Yourself
- On the homepage, select Digital Immigration Card.
- Complete the online form at least 3 days before your departure.

- There is no fee to complete this process.
- Only use the official Curaçao website.
- Curaçao authorities have advised that fraudulent third-party websites are currently circulating. Please avoid unofficial links requesting payment.
🚗 Logistics & Transportation
Arrival
Your round-trip airfare has been arranged by NAGICO Insurances, and your travel itinerary will be shared via the email address you provided during registration. Dedicated transportation to and from the airport has been arranged for you, our guests.
Accommodation
Enjoy an all-inclusive stay at Dreams Resort & Casino Curaçao, where accommodations, meals and beverages are included throughout your visit.
Guests are encouraged to explore the resort’s restaurants, amenities and beautiful surroundings during their stay.
Please note that any services not included within the all-inclusive package will be at your own expense.
